These terms govern quote requests, fleet studies, operational SLA commitments, and commercial relations between FLEET LINK and corporate clients.
These Terms and Conditions govern all commercial agreements, fleet proposals, and operational orders issued to FLEET LINK Corporate Transport & Fleet Management. By browsing our website, requesting a fleet proposal, or executing a service agreement, you unconditionally agree to these terms.
A. Quotations and route optimization studies provided by FLEET LINK are valid for the timeframe stated in the proposal (typically 15 to 30 business days), unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
B. Stated rates encompass dedicated vehicles, professional drivers, periodic maintenance, and live GPS tracking, subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) under Egyptian tax regulations.
Agreements become legally binding upon the execution of a formal bilateral contract detailing the Service Level Agreement (SLA), authorized routes, shift schedules, vehicle specifications, and a 100% on-time punctuality commitment.
A. FLEET LINK enforces a mandatory Daily Check protocol on all vehicles prior to dispatch, ensuring absolute mechanical integrity, air conditioning, and safety systems.
B. FLEET LINK guarantees an immediate standby replacement vehicle of identical tier in case of any breakdown, safeguarding on-time factory and corporate shifts.
Electronic tax invoices and monthly billing statements are issued alongside digital trip reports verified by our operations control room, settled through corporate bank transfers.
All FLEET LINK vehicles are monitored 24/7 via GPS/IVMS telemetry for speed compliance and driving behavior. Drivers undergo periodic medical checkups, random screening, and defensive driving certifications.
Neither party shall be held liable for delays resulting from events beyond reasonable control (highway closures, extreme weather/fog). Our control room immediately coordinates alternate safe routes.
All branding, vehicle designs, and operational materials on fleet-link.net belong exclusively to FLEET LINK. Both parties maintain strict confidentiality regarding route manifests, employee lists, and pricing.
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The competent courts of Giza and Cairo shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
